Individual Therapy

We all need a space where it’s comfortable to speak without judgment and with someone who genuinely wants to help you find freedom from whatever is blocking you from living your BEST life.


These sessions are created to provide you with clarity, peace and healing. As your therapist, I dedicate the time you schedule to meet with me to being present and actively listening to you.


You may need to work through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, grief, or spirituality, I work in alignment with you in creating goals tailored to your specific needs so that you are able to express your feelings and reclaiming the joy in your life.


The work we do together is so you can take the tools learned and apply them to your daily life. My passion is to help you to create the #AmazingLife you want and deserve.




During the first few sessions, we discuss the reason you chose to make the call and come in to see me. It may seem that I’m asking a lot of questions but it’s not for me to be all up in your business. I want to get to know you and understand what you need.


These initial sessions help to build the therapeutic relationship and set personal goals. During our 50-minute session, you get to choose how you want to spend that time. The time you spend with me is important and I want you to get the most out of it. The process is not meant for you to be alone. This is your life and I’m here to support you.


I will not tell you how to live your life, but help you navigate through it.
