SERVICE CONSULTATION

Free 15 minute call

+ These consults are informative and educational in nature and last 15 minutes.

It is not a therapy session and it does not establish the client-therapist relationship.

+ You will not be provided with a diagnosis nor are any interventions provided. We will discuss what you want to explore in therapy and the issues you wish to address.

+It’s an opportunity for the therapist to assess whether they are equipped to address your current mental health needs.

+ If we decide to move forward after your consultation, we will schedule an initial intake appointment and all intake forms will be sent to you through our secured HIPAA platform.

*If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please do not request a consultation appointment.

INITIAL INTAKE

APPOINTMENT

Once the Service Consultation has been completed and we mutually decide to move forward with a therapeutic relationship, an Intake Therapy Session will be scheduled. This is a comprehensive session, during which we will conduct a thorough mental health status exam and delve into an in-depth exploration of your current concerns, mental health history, and personal background.

Rates start at $260/90 minute session

INDIVIDUAL

SESSIONS

Rates start at $185/45-50-minute session

We understand that each woman's journey toward mental wellness is deeply personal and unique. We believe that therapy should be flexible, accommodating, and tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. That's why we offer two distinct options for individual therapy sessions, allowing you to choose the format that aligns best with your schedule and therapeutic goals.

GROUP THERAPY

Rates start at $100 per group session

Experiencing the journey toward mental health and wellness in a community can be profoundly beneficial. It allows for shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and a sense of togetherness that can be transformative.

Our Group Therapy Sessions provide this supportive, empathetic environment for women to grow, heal and evolve together.

(4-6 participants):

We believe in keeping group therapy sessions intimate, supportive, and focused. This is why our group sessions are limited to 4-6 participants. We also require a commitment for three months to ensure consistency and a solid foundation for trust and progress within the group.

INSURANCE

This is a self-pay practice and I am not in-network with any insurance companies.

I prioritize your autonomy, ensuring that you have complete control over what therapy looks like for you, without an outside entity dictating what your healing should be. This allows you and I to focus solely on your well-being, without any external influences or limitations.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal healthcare program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
